1.     Facility SLP identifies a patient who would benefit from FEES

2.     Establish a contract (service agreement) between your facility and PCDD

3.     Obtain a physician’s order for FEES

4.     Procedure is explained to the patient and written consent is obtained from the patient (consent form provided by PCDD)

5.     Contact us directly to schedule an appointment that works for you

6.     PCDD will contact you within 24 hours and schedule the FEES within 1-3 business days

7.     You will receive a detailed report with clinical recommendations including diet recommendations, therapeutic strategies and suggestions

8.     PCDD will provide an invoice for billed services on the day of the procedure
